A true gem! My room was large, cozy, and charming. I fell in love with the bed. The in-room amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the location was ideal for being in the heart of everything.
The decor was adorable, and the beds were both clean and snug. The bathrooms were stunning.
Every staff member we met was helpful and kind. This was our second stay, and we highly recommend this hotel. We initially booked a King Room but were given a handicap room when the receptionist noticed my wheelchair. We had a delightful chat with the front desk clerk. Just as wonderful as our first visit. Thanks for the amazing room.

Fantastic location with parking nearby, safe walk to neighborhoods, great coffee, restaurants, shopping, and theaters. Chic and comfortable room with added touches like robes and a wool blanket. The second-floor lounge is perfect for morning coffee, meeting friends, or getting some work done.
Conveniently located near Union Square with public transportation options close by. Always felt safe. The hotel has a lovely vibe with great decor, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, allowing for a very late check-in. Although there isn't a full breakfast, the coffee and pastries were a pleasant surprise. Special thanks to the night staff for upgrading us to a suite after a long train journey to SF.
Ideal central location near Union Square and Chinatown. Room was comfortable and the staff were willing to help. Breakfast pastries and coffee were included. Would definitely return.
We were able to check in three hours early since our room was ready when we arrived after a long flight, which was fantastic. The air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. The bed was cozy, and the shutters blocked out the morning light. The hairdryer provided was powerful, better than most larger hotel chains in the USA. The room had a Nespresso machine and a fridge, which were very useful. The hotel's location was excellent, with bus stops right outside taking you to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, etc. I must give a shoutout to Lovely at the desk on our departure day – she was incredibly helpful with our many pieces of luggage and is a great asset to the hotel.
